Онлайн запрошення

Протягом наступних 2-3 днів ми запросимо тебе на верифікацію з волонтерами нашої команди, ти зможеш обрати зручний тобі час

Верифікація

Під час онлайн-зустрічі англійською мовою наш верифікатор:

  • Перевірить, чи ти хочеш волонтерити з належних мотивів.
  • Збере трохи інформації, щоб краще підібрати тобі учнів.
  • Відповість на всі твої запитання про процес менторства.
  • Ти також обговориш з верифікатором, який формат ти хочеш запропонувати:
    • Індивідуальне наставництво (тої мови, якої ти хочеш навчати)
    • Невеликі групи для розмовних клубів або навчальних курсів

Розподіл

Якщо ти відповідаєш вимогам Balakun, ми створимо для тебе обліковий запис і надішлемо інструкції для входу та ознайомлення з нашою спільнотою. Після підтвердження успішного входу ти будеш доданий до списку очікування.

Організація першої зустрічі

Якщо ти захочеш стати індивідуальним ментором, ми зв'яжемося з тобою, як тільки знайдемо відповідного студента. Ти отримаєш інструкції, як зв'язатися зі своїм студентом і домовитися про першу зустріч. Після сесії, будь ласка, підтвердь нашій команді, що зустріч відбулася, або повідом нас, якщо тобі потрібно знайти іншого студента. Якщо ти хочеш проводити групові заняття, курси або клуби з розмовної англійської, зв'яжися з нашою командою, щоб домовитися про деталі.

Balakun creates opportunities for people to share their time and skills with Ukrainians, either one-to-one or in a group. The main aim is to give people the opportunity to develop their English language skills, with a strong focus on the spoken word. However, Balakun is a lot more than a simple exchange of time - mentoring creates a bond between people, between different nationalities, with a myriad of skills and interests. Ukrainians go from being a statistic within a conflict, a war report, a podcast story, to being people with real-life thoughts, feelings, fears and aspirations. In conflict, being seen and heard, is part of being alive.
